• Products showing signs of installation, cutting, drilling, or adhesive use.
  
• Items returned damaged, incomplete, or heavily marked.

Change-of-Mind Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  
• Items must be securely packed.
  
• Collection can be arranged (where available); any agreed cost may be deducted from your refund.

Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items

• If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, replacements or refunds are provided.
  
• Return or collection costs are covered when the issue is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellations are only possible before the order begins processing.
  
• Once dispatched, it cannot be stopped and must be returned using the standard return process.
