This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed.
Stairs Nosing Today is the trading name of Wolf Supplies Ltd a company registered in United Kingdom. Company No. 16070029, with our trading address at:

Order processing and dispatch
We work hard to dispatch orders quickly and reliably:
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM (GMT) are normally processed and handed over to the courier the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT), or on weekends or UK bank holidays, are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and, where available, tracking details.
Delivery areas and timeframes
Our standard delivery service is for UK addresses.
- Typical delivery time is around 2–4 working days from dispatch.
While most parcels arrive within this window, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or peak periods. If your order is taking longer than expected:
- Please allow up to an additional 2 working days beyond the usual timeframe, and
- If it still has not arrived after that, contact us so we can investigate with the courier and update you.
Shipping Charges
For orders delivered within the UK:
- Standard shipping is currently free of charge.
Tracking and delivery updates
Where our courier provides tracking, we will share these details with you after dispatch so you can follow your delivery online.
If tracking is not available for a particular service, we will still provide a dispatch confirmation and an estimated delivery window.
Delivery address and access
Please ensure that:
- The delivery address you provide is accurate and complete; and
- There is suitable access for the courier to deliver long or heavy items such as stair nosings.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or delivery was repeatedly attempted and failed in line with the courier’s process, we may:
- Refund the order minus any delivery and return charges incurred; or
- Offer redelivery, subject to payment of a new shipping charge.
We will always explain the situation and available options before proceeding.
Delivery delays, missing or lost parcels
If your order appears delayed or has not arrived:
- Check any tracking details we’ve provided.
- If the parcel is still missing after allowing for possible delays (see section Delivery areas and timeframes), contact us so we can investigate.
We will liaise with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with courier findings and our legal obligations
Order cancellations (before dispatch)
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible:
- Cancellations are only possible before the order has entered processing in our warehouse (for example, before it has been picked, packed or allocated to a courier).
- Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we can no longer stop it in transit.
If your order has already been dispatched and you no longer want it, you will need to follow our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the goods.
International orders
Our website and checkout are primarily set up for UK deliveries.
If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order:
- Please contact us at sales@stairsnosingtoday.co.uk before making a purchase to request a shipping quote and confirm whether delivery to your country is possible.
- International shipping is not automatically available at checkout, and we will confirm costs, timescales and any conditions in advance.
